This Shipping and Return Policy outlines how I handle returns, refunds, and shipping for The Majesty Cleaner.
Return Policy
I offer a full refund within 3 days (including weekends) from the date of purchase. If more than 3 days have passed, I am unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
– The item must be unused
– The item must be sealed
– The item must be in the same condition as received
– The item must be in the original packaging
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete any return.
Returns without proof of purchase will not be accepted.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted if the product seal is broken or the packaging is not in its original condition.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
– First check your bank account again
– Then contact your credit card provider
– Then contact your bank

Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the return is processed.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

For items over $75, I recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
